Elections are held annually for the officers of the Board of Directors for the Society.
To ensure continuity of the business of the Society elections for officers are split into an annual cycle in which half of the board of directors are elected to a two-year term.
Odd-year cycle elections are held for the following board of directors' positions: President-Elect; Secretary; South Region; West Region and Delegate
Even-year cycle elections are held for the following board of directors' positions: Vice-President; Treasurer; Central Region; North Region and Delegate.
The Nominations and Elections Committee shall present a slate of nominees to the Board of Directors annually for consideration and review. Specific details regarding the Nominations and Elections can be found on the About the TSRC in the bylaws.
The Chair of the committee will post available positions with descriptions when the committee calls for nominations. Those positions and details will be posted here for member review and consideration for nominations.
